Hi, I’m Nicole

I am a therapist in Cincinnati specializing in ADHD, women's health, life stress, trauma, depression, and anxiety.

Anyone can tell you what to expect when you go to the dentist. It is a little more complicated to try and explain to someone what they can expect when you go to a therapist.

Hi, I am Nicole and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and have been practicing for over 18 years. One of the things I love about being a therapist is helping people understand what to expect so it is a little easier to reach out. I am a conversational style therapist and very much enjoy the volley of conversation in session as well as the privilege of getting to know you and your story. I offer a safe, private space for you to talk about the things that brought you here to begin with. Together, we can figure out how to cope with your experience and feel better. I truly value the professional relationship so when you decide to schedule, it is helpful for me to know what brought you here and to make sure I can offer the support you are looking for. The relationship you have with a therapist is not like any other relationship you have and therapy can be a great place to understand yourself better and feel more confident as you about yourself and your experiences.

We all have experiences in our lives that can leave us feeling overwhelmed and confused or lost. I appreciate a collaborative relationship and will ask for feedback about our professional relationship and what you experience as a result of the work we do. I also hold the highest regard for your privacy and the integrity of the therapeutic relationship. This helps foster a trusting, professional relationship which is critical to finding the root of what brought you here.

Being vulnerable is not easy and it is necessary. I offer years of experience and expertise and it would be my privilege to support you through this process. If you are curious to know more about therapy or more about me, please reach out. It is one step closer to feeling better and more confident in yourself and your experiences.
