Hi, I’m Nicole
Anyone can tell you what to expect when you go to the dentist. Finding a therapist does not feel so easy and finding one that fits you and your needs can be overwhelming.
Hi, I am Nicole and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and have been practicing for over 18 years. One of the things I love about being a therapist is helping people understand what it would be like to meet with me. I am a conversational style therapist and very much enjoy the relationships I have with the people I work with. My office is a safe, private place for you to share your story and your experience. It is a place to figure out how you got to where you are and how to feel better. I appreciate being able to have a meet and greet phone call so I can learn what prompted you to call and how I can help. Finding a therapist who has experience that matches your needs and feels like someone you can be comfortable with helps ease the stress about starting therapy.
Our professional relationship is one of the most important parts of your experience and that includes your confidence in the privacy and integrity of our relationship. The privilege of being a therapist is more than just privacy, it is being trusted to be part of your journey as you begin to rebuild.
